Hi friends! Thanks for stopping by my blog today! I don’t usually post on Sundays (me), but I had to make an exception today. I’m seriously the most impatient person ever – I got these pieces specifically for my cruise next week and planned on doing a post then with the pretty Caribbean scenery. That worked out well for me, didn’t it? I literally wore it the day after I got them haha…whoops! Yesterday evening a few of my girlfraaans and I went to dinner on the island. Before filling our bellies with blackened fish tacos, I snapped a few photos of what I wore.
I stopped by my favorite little boutique, Shop 112, to pick up these Summer essentials on Friday and I already know I’m going to be getting so much wear out of them. A light-weight maxi skirt is the perfect Summer staple and I like this one especially because of its pretty red embroidery. I think it adds the right amount of detail and a cool Spanish vibe to it. I decided to go monochromatic and pair it with a simple black crop top. I think it’s always nice to have a good one handy. I also threw on my new brown wedges. I seriously love these!! They’re platformed, so you get the height, but there isn’t much of an arch to the heel, so they’re suuuuuper comfy – definitely my new go-to!
I hope you enjoyed today’s Summery post. Let me know your opinions down below in the comment section! :)
